What We Do

In my chiropractic office, I help people move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply want to maintain your active lifestyle, I create personalized care plans that focus on long-term results—not just temporary relief. With a gentle, evidence-based approach and a background in physical therapy, I meet you where you are and help you build toward where you want to be. This isn’t typical chiropractic care—it’s care that adapts with you.
What We
Offer
Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments are the heart of what I do. They help reduce pain, restore mobility, and support your body’s natural ability to heal. Adjustments are a powerful, hands-on way to get you moving—and feeling—better. I use many adjustment techniques including; manual adjusting, muscle energy and instrument adjustment techniques
Webster Technique
The Webster Technique is a gentle chiropractic method designed to support women before, during and after pregnancy by aligning the pelvis and reducing tension in surrounding muscles and ligaments. It can help create more space and balance for both mom and baby, making pregnancy more comfortable and often improving baby’s positioning. This technique is safe, effective, and specifically tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy.
Laser
Low level laser therapy (also known as cold laser) uses light energy to reduce inflammation, ease pain, and support cellular healing. It’s a gentle, non-invasive treatment that can speed recovery from injuries and calm irritated tissues. I often use it alongside adjustments and rehab for faster, more effective results.
Rehab Exercises
Rehab is where my background in physical therapy comes to life. I combine targeted exercises, stretching, and soft tissue work with chiropractic care to create lasting change—not just short-term relief. By addressing both muscles and joints together, we improve stability, strength, and long-term function.
Graston Technique
Graston therapy uses specialized tools to break up scar tissue and fascial restrictions that limit movement and cause pain. It’s especially effective for stubborn injuries or chronic tension that hasn’t responded to other treatments. This technique helps speed healing, improve mobility, and get you back to feeling your best.
Patient Education
I know healing doesn’t only happen in the office. My goal is to help you start feeling better as quickly as possible, because pain shouldn’t keep you from living your life. But real, lasting change takes time—and we’ll work together to unwind the layers that built up over months or even years. Your care plan will include targeted modifications, stretches, and strengthening exercises to support your progress between visits—with a clear understanding of why each one matters—so you can stay actively involved in your recovery and get back to what you love.
